Mr. Solinger brings to the firm over 31 years of experience as a plaintiff’s lawyer representing the interests of injured parties. Combining the skills of a plaintiff’s lawyer with the expertise garnered in the defense of mass environmental claims litigation, Mr. Solinger brings a unique perspective to client problems. It is this perspective that provides Mr. Solinger with an unparalleled sensitivity in the handling of client matters. Mr. Solinger has been extensively involved with issues related to real property, including Conditional Use Permit matters, sub-division law, variances, zone changes, and representation at governmental hearings, i.e., Planning Commissions, City Councils and Board of Supervisors.

Mr. Solinger has also been actively involved with the City of West Covina and the San Gabriel Valley. As a resident of the City of West Covina for over 40 years Mr. Solinger has chosen to utilize his legal skills and serve his community by serving 9 years as a member of the West Covina Planning Commission and as a member of the West Covina Redevelopment Appeals Board. He has also been active in civic affairs as a member of the Board of Directors of the West Covina Chamber of Commerce and a Charter member of West Covina Sunrise Rotary. Mr. Solinger’s service to the community was acknowledged when he was nominated in 1992 and 1993 as Citizen of the Year for the City of West Covina.

Actively involved in civic matters throughout Southern California, Mr. Solinger serves the legal community as a member of the Executive Committee of the Environmental Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He also acts as a privately retained mediator in insurance matters and court litigation as well as a Los Angeles County Superior Court Arbitrator and Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles County Court System. Mr. Solinger is Martindale Hubble AV Peer Review Rated. He was recently recognized as both a 2007 and a 2008 Southern California Super Lawyer for Environmental Law.
