Since 1996, our firm name has been Resolution Law Group, P.C. We founded the firm with the notion that “resolution is in our name.” Although our firm has always done both defense and plaintiff work, we have a plaintiff’s mentality, which requires a strategic plan and a singular focus on what is most important to achieve client goals.

As our practice becomes more national in focus, we have chosen the new name, Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson PC (http://www.hgnlaw.com). Since 2002, we have operated our Indiana office as Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson, a division of Resolution Law Group, P.C. because that state prohibits the use of trade names for law firms. Other states have similar rules prohibiting trade names, so we chose a new firm name that works for all our offices and makes sense as we continue to expand our practice.

We continue to stay true to our founding principles and our singular focus on achieving client goals through comprehensive, cost-effective resolutions. While resolution is no longer in our name, it remains as the sustaining principle of Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson PC.
